PureLyft

I was very excited to do a review on PureLyft. I love Pure Lyft you can add it to any liquid you like. I add mine to water since I drink more water than anything. I did add it to my coffee in the morning. PureLyft gives me the boost I need in the morning due to my daughter keeps me going in the morning until its time to take her to school.
