I recently began taking the olly capsules and I can honestly say that I can already feel a difference in my symptoms. It has helped me get better quality sleep and I feel much calmer. I take one capsule a day. They are easy to swallow and have no taste. The packaging is colorful and vibrant. The bottle is a rectangular shape with a flip top which is definitely different.
